身心靈健康是什麼?
根據世界衛生組織的定義:健康是指身體、心理和社會狀況都處於良好的狀態,而不僅僅是沒有疾病。研究亦顯示,進行有意識的覺察練習可提升心理韌性、幸福感並減輕壓力和焦慮。為此,我們為學生精心打造一趟「澄心之旅」,通過在校園幽美靜謐的環境中做一些小練習,分享促進身心靈健康的生活方式。

What is Wellness?
According to World Health Organization’s definition: Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Regarding our mental health, research suggested that practices of awareness can promote resilience, well-being, and reducing stress and anxiety. We develop this wellness journey for students to promote the benefits of a healthy lifestyle through the campus peaceful environment and some simple practices.
